I've been here only a year and I've seen a half-dozen new people come and go through the front office. However, crime - unfortunately - has no address. We would love to have the opportunity to discuss the specifics of your concerns, the lease, and the mentioned charges offline and in person. Probably knowing all the extra fees would scare off more customers than others.Really intimidating feeling that you're going to come in paying one thing and you end up having to pay a lot of extra stuff that you were not expecting. In regards to terminating a lease, providing 60-day notice is standard for our community and the process for doing so is clearly outlined within the lease agreement.
